Side Effects

Welcome to Side Effects, a thrilling, turn-based game of pill roulette. In each round, you'll face a variety of pills to choose from, with some offering benefits while others could be harmful or even fatal. The uncertainty of what each pill will do to your mind and body adds to the tension. Your resistance is crucial—if it drops to zero, it's game over. In between rounds, you have the opportunity to select from a variety of experimental treatments and items that can tilt the odds in your favor, ranging from vaccines to mouth clamps. Meanwhile, your opponent is also in the game, striving to outlast you. They will bluff, adapt, and utilize every tactic available to survive just one dose longer than you.
